for Professionals, Loan Origination for Professionals,
and Loan Processing for Professionals.

Mortgage Banking for Professionals is a comprehensive
study of compliance, loan servicing and the secondary
market, in addition to loan origination. It is designed
for the seasoned professional who is possibly looking to
achieve a professional designation, such as the CMB
(Certified Mortgage Banker or CRMS (Certified
Residential Mortgage Specialist for Mortgage Brokers). A
minimum of 2 years in the industry is recommended.
Loan Origination for Professionals is a class for loan
officers with at least one year’s experience. Content in
this class will focus on understanding the regulations
that can get originators in trouble, as well as legal
and ethical considerations and consequences. Originators
will learn how to meet the specific needs of their
borrowers and how to avoid promising things they can’t
deliver.
Loan Processing for Professionals. This is a class for
processors with less than a year’s experience.
Processors will learn how to get it right the first
time! They will look at their role in the process from
the application to final analysis. They will study
everything from submitting to underwriting and learn
about compensating factors. This is also a good class
for beginning originators.
